QuickInfo

  • Can attend meetings with external agencies
  • Can attend whānau/family meetings

Our service advocates on behalf of disabled people and their whānau/family. We can support clients at appointments with WINZ, Housing NZ, the doctor and other health professionals, as well as attend whānau/family meetings as a support person. We network with other organisations to ensure people have access to local resources, and we provide education to community groups.

Our clients can be anyone – children, youth or adults - with long-term disabilities, whether physical, sensory, age-related or as the result of chronic illness.  Download a copy of the referral form here.
