                <p>This is a senior position with responsibility for the financial activities of a progressive and dynamic organisation 
                  strategically placed for continuing growth and reputation. Reporting to the General Manager – Management Support 
                  Services, your major function will include the planning, coordination and execution of our business and financial 
                  strategy with a view to maximising business development and opportunities.</p>

                <p>We are seeking a multi-disciplined person with previous experience in senior management assistance. Reporting to 
                  the CEO as his Personal Assistant, the key accountabilities of the position will include;
                  <ul>
                    <li>Providing a full range of timely, confidential, administrative / executive support and related services to maintain 
                      the effective functioning of the CEO, Boards of Directors and Executive Management team (Principals) of Tui Ora Limited 
                      and Hauora Taranaki PHO. This includes but is not limited to;</li>

                        <li>diary management,</li>
                        <li>screening phones/visitors/email etc.,</li>
                        <li>secretarial/PA including preparing high quality documents, reports, letters, meeting agendas, minutes,

                        <li>accurately capturing discussions of the Board, Management and other meetings,</li>

                        <li>special project activities as required.</li>
                      </ul>
                    <li>Providing administrative support to other members of the Management teams and stakeholder groups as required.</li>

                <p>Mahia Mai A Whai Tara is a Health Service Group located in Waitara that specializes in the provision 
                  of mental well being to Iwi Maori under the umbrella of Tui Ora Limited.</p>
                <p>We are looking for qualified and experienced people who are innovative, creative and focused on 
                  improving the health of Maori individuals and their whanau for the following positions:</p>
                <ul>
                  <li>Dual Diagnosis Worker</li>
                  <li>Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (Adult)</li>
                </ul>
                <p>All applicants will need to have:</p>
                <ul>
                  <li>Experience in working with and maintaining relationships with whanau, hapu and Iwi and the 
                    Mental Health &amp; Addictions Sector.</li>
                  <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to plan prioritise and work independently.</li>
                  <li>Computer and sound communication skills are essential.</li>
                  <li>A practicing knowledge of Taranaki Tikanga and Te Reo Maori is desirable.</li>
                  <li>Have an understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi.</li>
                  <li>Hold a current drivers license.</li>
                </ul>
                <p>This is an 1.0 FTE position and a minimum qualification of under graduate degree in an appropriate 
                  discipline applies.</p>
                <p>Proven experience and expertise in alcohol and drug and/or co-existing disorders would be an 
                  advantage.</p>

                  YOUTH TRANSITION SERVICE</strong></p>
                <p>Tui Ora Limited was officially launched on 1 July 1998. The Company was established 
                  following extensive consultation involving Taranaki Iwi and Maori health providers. 
                  Tui Ora is a successful and innovative Maori Development Organisation. The aim of Tui 
                  Ora is to improve the health status of Maori in Taranaki.</p>
                <p>As part of continued growth and service we established the <strong>YOUTH TRANSITION SERVICE</strong> 
                  (YTS) in May 2005. The purpose of YTS is to support at risk young people (aged 15-17 
                  years old) to undertake education, training or other activities that contribute to 
                  their long term economic independence and wellbeing, and raise their aspirations and 
                  awareness of opportunities and services in the community. Strong networks have been 
                  developed with government agencies, employers, schools, training providers, local 
                  authorities and community groups.</p>
                <p align="center"><strong>YOUTH COACH</strong></p>
                <p>Working directly with the target group, the Youth Coach will support 15-17 year olds 
                  into positive career pathways. You will be an integral part of the team to build strong 
                  networks within the community to raise the quality and availability of opportunities 
                  for young people.</p>
                Key skills include:
                <ul>
                  <li>Proven skills in working with youth and associated networks / agencies e.g. employment, 
                    training and education.</li>
                  <li>Understanding and knowledge of the range of barriers that young people face.</li>
                  <li>An acceptable level of computer competency.</li>
                  <li>A high level of professionalism, initiative, drive and flexibility to take on new challenges</li>
                  <li>Empathy and experience working with and motivating young people</li>
                  <li>Proven ability to work independently with effective time management and prioritisation skills</li>
                  <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and be a great team player with the ability 
                    to build strong strategic relationships</li>
                  <li>Knowledge of Te Reo Maori and Taranaki Tikanga is preferable but not essential.</li>
                  <li>Current, clean driver's licence required</li>
                </ul>
