A Chartered Accountant, Kura is the current Chairperson for the Ngati Rahiri Hapu Management
Committee, formerly the Financial Controller of Shell Todd Oil Services and Chief Financial Officer
with Te Mangai Paho.

Lindsay MacLeod (Director)
A former Company Executive with Fletcher Challenge and currently Iwi Liaison Officer with New
Plymouth District Council, Lindsay has a high community profile, leading and participating in many
community activities. Lindsay is a respected Kaumatua and affiliates to Taranaki and Te Atiawa
Iwi.

Jamie Grant Daniel Tuuta (Director)
Jamie is of Ngati Mutunga and Taranaki Iwi descent and holds a variety of governance positions
including Chairman of Ngati Mutunga Iwi, Committee member of Parininihi ki Waitotara Incorporated,
Director of Parininihi ki Waitotara Investments and a member of the Parininihi ki Waitotara Trust
Committee. Jamie has a background in law, Treaty settlement negotiations and project management.
He has an interest in Taranaki Maori economic, social and cultural development.

Wayne Tamerangi (Thomas) Mulligan (Director)
Wayne descends from Taranaki, Te Atiawa, Ngati Maniapoto and Ngati Ruanui Iwi. He currently resides
in Wellington and is involved in a number of business activities on behalf of Te Atiawa-Taranaki Whanui
and in Maori commercial programmes. He is a Director and Trustee of a number of companies, he is Chief
Executive of a niche business and brokerage company based in Wellington. Wayne holds a Master of
management from the University of Auckland.

Hayden Wano (Chief Executive Officer)
RCpN, PGDipHSM, ADN, MBA, MBS candidate. Hayden has over 25 year’s
health sector experience in mental health, community and medical services. Hayden also has over
15 years experience in senior health management including the position of Director of Clinical
Services with Taranaki Healthcare Limited. Since 1998 Hayden has held the position of CEO with
Tui Ora. He is of Te Atiawa, Taranaki, Ngati Mutunga and Ngati Awa
Iwi descent.
