We have professionally and culturally competent staff who visit homes, marae, workplaces or wherever people feel comfortable.
We employ a complementary mix of nurses and doctors, health promoters, social and youth workers, and other allied health workers. We also have finance, IT, administration, HR and other business staff who support our service delivery.
In many of our services advocates such as kaiāwhina, kaumātua and kuia walk alongside our clients or tangata whai ora. They offer practical support and education such as co-ordinating transport, supporting clients at appointments, finding out about related services and supporting kaupapa Māori ways of doing things.
