We offer physical fitness and wellness opportunities for tangata whai ora. They are varied and may include tailored gym sessions, walking and sports groups, swimming and outdoor activities, in different parts of Taranaki. Before starting we work with individuals to design a wellness plan. Referrals are accepted from people who experience mental unwellness and can be made via a GP, hospital or community service or through self-referral.
