This programme is designed to provide communities, groups and whānau across Taranaki with opportunities to improve regular physical activity and increase their knowledge of healthy eating. We provide education sessions, policy development and physical activity programmes such as Fit4Life. We work with other services on new initiatives in response to requests from the community.
