We assess and treat adults, aged 18 years and over, who need ongoing contact with a multi-disciplinary team that could include a psychiatrist, psychologists, nurses and allied health workers. Referrer Feedback

A letter of acknowledgement is sent to referrer and referee on receipt of referral.

A letter to advise discharge is sent to referrer when treatment/ support is completed.

The relevant whānau and referrer is included in the support/treatment process.
