What you can expect

Our kaiārahi and multidisciplinary teams work with a whole whānau to raise hauora by:

  • Making changes in areas like education, housing, transport, budgeting and health.
  • Planning, goal setting and creating change that advances whānau aspirations
  • Empowering them with knowledge, skills and resources.
  • Connecting them with the appropriate hauora, health and social services
  • Helping them navigate; making appointments, accompanying to hui, completing paperwork, acting on behalf of.

This is a free service

for Taranaki whānau.
